All Thy Roots orders are processed and prepared from our workshop in Marikina.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow time for order verification, preparation, quality checking, and packing before shipment.

Processing Time

Ready pairs:
Usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order / pre-order pairs:
Production timelines may vary depending on the product, material availability, and order volume. Estimated timelines will be stated on the product page or announced during the release.

Local Shipping

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may still vary depending on courier capacity, holidays, weather conditions, and location accessibility.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected orders.

Shipping rates, timelines, and courier options may vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your email address, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Thy Roots is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal to receive, or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays, production volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
